NECCSys

NECCSys was the brain child of our founder Tom Carrico. Through years of pool operations and troubleshooting we found a direct link between the amount of fresh air brought into an indoor pool and the amount of combined chlorine present. Through work with engineers, scientists, equipment suppliers, pool operators, and HVAC technicans we were able to develop a system that monitors the combined chlorine in a pool in real time and convert that signal to a readable signal the HVAC system can understand, both through 4-20 ma signals or BACNET protocol.

Introducing NECCSys

NECCSys was the brain child of our founder Tom Carrico. Through years of pool operations and troubleshooting we found a direct link between the amount of fresh air brought into an indoor pool and the amount of combined chlorine present. Through work with engineers, scientists, equipment suppliers, pool operators, and HVAC technicans we were able to develop a system that monitors the combined chlorine in a pool in real time and convert that signal to a readable signal the HVAC system can understand, both through 4-20 ma signals or BACNET protocol.

Once the water can communicate with the HVAC we can now exhaust when needed instead of setting our pools on cruise control. While always maintaining the minimum required outdoor air supply for an indoor pool we ramp up and own the exhaust to keep air quality in check while reducing the amount of energy used on your facility.

As this technology has evolved we have been able to add in the control of other equipment in the room to reduce gas and electrical expenses all while maintaining water and air quality.
